Hi, visiting your site for the first time. I’m a little jealous your hair is naturally dark. I spend gobs of money every six weeks hiding my gray (gasp) and making my hair dark, because I feel waaaay more sassier when my hair is dark.

I’m a new reader, but here’s me in a nut shell:

I was a crazy teenager who was constantly in and out of juvie and foster homes. I had my first child when I was 17 and struggled to break the destructive cycles I had been born into. Since then I have developed into an activist, artist, doula, mother of three, wife to a wonderful man I’ve been with for 12 years. I’m just starting to blog (www.gypsyjewels.blogspot.com), but I’m really liking it!!
